Yah.... That may be exactly it.... with a twist perhaps.

For reference ppl check out www.cat.org.au and the rather groovy setup they
have over there. It's anarchists that have set it up, but as a model they
have
succeeded. The infamous indymedia all started from there and they host
shiet loads of sites. Verry cool & possitively anti microsoft.
