Oh, yes, and if you're going to modify and return a Word document, make sure 
you do it with OpenOffice:

AFAICT, Microsoft aren't planning to patch Office 95/97 (AKA Office 7/8). 
Remember to point this out to Office97 users you may know: OpenOffice isn't 
vulnerable, and is free.
