I wonder when x86 chips are going to be built like some alphas. 2 studs
built into the die, a couple of 3/8" nuts and a set of torque specs for
snugging down the heatsink (probably never because idiots will decide
"more is better" and strip the threads/crack the die then bitch and moan
about it)
