Ben is trying to fetch something onto mirror.3fl.net (hosted via WestNet) but 
as you would expect the other mirrors are being hammered flat so he's as 
stuck for a source any anyone else. F.e. PlanetMirror is only letting 3-4k a 
second through.

Would anyone at UWA have it? There's no Mandrake mirror on ftp.uwa.edu.au.
