Go to http://www.rpmfind.net and get either of the following:

Debian's Advanced Packaging Tool with RPM support Mandrake Cooker
apt-0.3.19cnc55-2mdk.src.rpm (source)
apt-0.3.19cnc55-2mdk.i586.rpm (binary)

There seems to be plenty of details for users of RH installs, but does this
great sounding port work for other rpm distro's, like Mandrake, as well?
