[plug] rsync mirrors

Quick one,
someone mentioned that to check if planetmirror is going through a low
cost path when rsyncing, do a traceroute and look for "waix" in the
path.  Or was that "waia"?

I traceroute'd two IP's given by host www.planetmirror.com and both go
through waia (from iinet), not waix.

Are there any local (as in Perth) rsync mirrors, particularly for
Mandrake and gentoo.
