Not on my version of rlogin. I get ~. (kill) or ~^Z (suspend)

Anyway, I doubt it would be difficult to find the appropriate section of
rlogin code and remove it. :)

Or use something other than rlogin.

All I'm saying is that you don't necessarily need to get a special getty
to do what you want, because the functionality you're after is already
available with existing tools.
