We have had the same problem with AOL sending out the newsletter for
Rotary. Any recipient that had an AOL address was rejected because they
thought it was spam.
We contacted our ISP and they said that it was a common problem for AOL
addresses and that despite trying several times, were unable to get AOL
to accept e-mails from anyone other than AOL's select list.
Having said that we haven't noticed the problem with hotmail, although
we haven't sent one out for a few weeks.
