[plug] ps2pdf parameters

Does anyone know if I can set the security methods in output PDF files when
using ps2pdf?  Eg, I need to be able to set the "Changing the document" &
"Content copying or extraction" values to "disallowed". I've checked thru the
doco for ps2pdf, found parameters for various other things (mostly
display-related), but nothing for what I need.
This page has the parameters that I know of, but relates to an outdated
version of ps2pdf:
