[plug] PLUG website now being well behaved

Fixed now.. at least in as much as I removed the form..
It was calling some cgi from (I guess) the previous site
prior the xbox..
Now there is simply a mailto link.
Regards the "report bugs"..that link and the other too behind
where relevant to the phpnuke sourceforge part of the original
code of the blog..
I will take out two and leave a link to web at plug.linux.org.au
Thanks again,, keep hunting the bugs, as you may know this
is a new improved version of the site, done a month or so ago..
we are still ironing out small problems, so welcome all input.
