[plug] newbie red-carpet install

Can somebody help me here?  I have downloaded the packages and am trying
to install red-carpet and the following is the result of this.  Do I
need to uninstall some packages before I try installing red-carpet?  I
also believe there is a 'force' option in rpm, should I try this?
