There's gvim, at least <http://www.vim.org> (see the downloads at
<http://www.vim.org/download.php#pc>). It will respect the linebreak
style of the file. Then again, there should be Windows-only text editors
that would do that. Also, in case you've not see this before: Cygwin
<http://www.cygwin.com>.
