Sorry, for this rather trivial question, but it can't hurt to ask:

Are there any tips for cleaning a laptop LCD monitor without damaging 
it? I've been wiping mine down with a dry tissue but there are stains 
that don't go away (will have to stop spitting on it ;-) ). I'm worried 
about consequences of a wet cloth or harsh scrubbing.
