[plug] TV i/o video card experience?

I'm looking at replacing a MX200 PCI card, and was wondering if any PLUGGers has had good experience with one?

Reason: MX200 does not have video out. Monitor too dark to watch DVDs comfortably.

Need: An economical PCI or AGP card with 2.4.2x support, which does a good job of taking load from my now aged Athlon 800.. TV out a must, TV in (capture) a bonus!

I don't play 3D games much, so that isn't an issue. The current one easily handles Tux-downhill, which is all I need..

Any tips on using the TV out for mplayer, and the normal monitor otherwise? I guess I _could_ run the MX200 for normal SVGA stuff if it makes it easier to direct mplayer to the TV..?

Less than $100 would be excellent..
