Okay I think we should leave it until the new year.  as several
committee members can't make it :(

We (the committee) will look hard at the rules and pick a better time
and date.  Between now and then I'll get each of the office holders to
create a list of tasks completed, and another of jobs underway so the
new committee can take over.  We'll call again for nominations then, so
people can now start thinking about who they'd like to see on the
committe and what they'd like to see PLUG doing.

So I officially (well as official as email can be) now say that Sunday
should be called WRT to the AGM.  

Do people still want a get together in the arvo to put some faces to
names on the list.  I think it's worthwhile!

By way of a summary.
Bank account:
	We're holding off on the creation to avoid doubling that
	paperwork.

Membership cards:
	We(plug) own a lamenator(sp?) and paper, have settled on a design and are
	currently gathering quotes in the best way to get them printed.
