FYI: I just signed up to ADSL with Webace, so far so good. They have no
contracts, no D/L
limits or traffic shaping, unlimited number of email addresses, 7 day
support, the list 
goes on. All that for just a little more than WN prices. I don't know how
they can do it, but they
are.
