I did not know that iptables/ipchains could be so interesting. Well, 
perhaps it was Tony's excellent delivery that made them interesting, and 
his demonstrated skill at using MagicPoint to aid his talk.

Before we got to iptables, Tony carefully went through the various 
configuration files for pppd. We were led step-by-step through real 
examples including comparisons between a small network for home use and 
that of a large network or group of networks for a senior high school.

Tony presented his talk in a distro neutral way with only a few slips 
into Debian :)

Thanks Tony for a great talk to end the PLUG seminar calendar year. For 
those of you that missed Tony's presentation, Tony generated slides 
ready to post when he is next able to grab a few milliseconds to do PLUG 
stuff.
