[plug] Kivio - no stencils??

Hi, 

I've been trying to figure out why Kivio 1.0 running under KDE 3.1.1
doesn't give me any options to Add a Stencil set.  This is really
odd because the sets are sitting in
	/opt/kde3/share/apps/kivio/stencils/
No menu option... nothing as per
	http://docs.kde.org/en/HEAD/koffice/kivio/stencils.html

Where should I look for more info?
