Yup, and I'd take one too (Even though it's going to sit in a garage for 
3 years) but I recall someone posting that they don't do them for bikes.

In Dubai there are no personal plates of any kind, so when I pick up a 
bike here I'm stuck with the stock plate and no penguin.
