Another possibility may be to not run them at similar frequencies.
(e.g. if one is at 1600x1200 at 75 Hz and another at 1152x864 at 75 Hz you get
less interferences than with two monitors at the same resolution.)  If
you have identical monitors you probably won't like this one either.

Or you could just move them further apart :-)
