To be honest I don't recall. The 68 pin PCMCIA slot/ejector was not 
cheap. A good wire wrap tool will set you back baout $90.
The vero board and IDC connetctor are chicken feed.

Unless you are really comfortable with the ins and outs of both the ATA 
interface and the PCMCIA interface I suggest you buy one from everything 
linux.
