Yeah, UWA started rsyncing from IT this year, which means its
mirror vanished when IT's did. I changed over to AARNet and for
all architectures that I have tried so far (including woody i386),
there is nothing that I hadn't picked up before Christmas. I'm not
sure of the AARNet mirror's currency, though.
