[plug] uwa, ftp.wa.au.d.o debian mirrors down?

Doing it now.

Normally it's all automatic, but the debian master guys still haven't
got push working for us yet. It's not even attempting for non-US yet.

Just for some history, we've been hosting a debian mirror for almost 10
years now :)
