[plug] Local Debian Repository

I have a local mirror of sid, which is 7.6G (x86 binary main contrib non-free 
only)

IIRC stable was closer to 4G (just over I think)

I use the debmirror package, but it has *issues* if there is anything wrong 
with the mirror you get it from but is much easier than following that 
howto ;-)

Installing is much faster across 100mb though ;-)
