I hit Google News and got these two headines, in order, in the 
Sci/Tech section:

    Microsoft security gets an `F'

    "Trustworthy Computing is failing," Russ Cooper of TruSecure Corp.
    said of the Microsoft initiative. "I gave it a 'D-minus' at the
    beginning of the year, and now I'd give it an 'F'.

    Clarke on Thursday also confirmed media reports that he will
    resign after 30 years of public service. His deputy, Howard
    Schmidt, has assumed his duties, Clarke said. [...] Schmidt,

Bit of an albatross, that, makes one wonder why, with such a 
catastrophic track record and essentially no knowledge of many kinds 
of security devices, he's got the position...
