Traditionally, undelete is not supported on any Unix filesystem. But I have
used it on ext2, I don't know if reiser is special in this regard but I
seriously doubt it.

Also being a home user, I only use a couple of CDRW's to back up data, and
configs. The original drive in question I only use as a slave, that is
because of the original flakiness of it. I should have made that more clear
on the original posting.
