[plug] Sendmail on RH 8.0- accepting connections

I had found that and dnl'd it.  I don't know anything about netstat but
from what I can tell from the netstat -nl listing I posted earlier it
should be accepting connections from anywhere.  Can anyone confirm/ deny
this?
