No I think 2A meant seconded and accepted. But for what was a vaild point.

Nominations tyhat are not secnede or accepted need not be published. 
tends to confuse the issues.

On the above chart, as Leon as declared his intention to run for Vice 
and not Pres, then he woould declared elected unopposed as Vice. There 
are two nominartions for Prez, so either there is an election, or 
Bernard is elected Secretary unopposed and Anthony is then elected 
unopposed as Prez.

Easy to see in a chart.
