I can't speak for Indy, however I was under "perhaps" the  
mistaken impression, to be on the committee, one actually
had to be a member of plug ?

And madness as it may be, I was toying with doing the
web job if no one else stuck up their hand :) but hadn't
talked to Colin (I think it is) yet.
