That's a pretty big call. There is some pretty stiff competition from the 
Spanish Inquisition, the Nazis in WW2 and the mustard gas in WW1. How about 
the slow deaths in the Colesseum, or the slaves in Egypt building pyramids? 
Or the poor sods who died building the Burma Railway?

I really don't think such hyperbole serves any real purpose to be honest. 
Sweeping generalisations suggest a passion for the subject, but a lack of 
considered thought.

Given the choice of a lingering death from one of the above, or being 
vaporised by a nuke, I'll take the nuke. Being Anti American might be trendy 
in some circles at the moment, but it is short sighted imho.
