[plug] samba connection problems

I'm not sure whether its the same for XP Home as it is in XP Pro, but 
you have to change the register setting of "requiresignorseal" from "1" 
to "0".  Just use regedit and do a Find, it'll come up 4 times on an XP 
Pro machine, you need to change all of them that are set to "1" to "0".
