Beware of programmers holding screwdrivers. Hehe. Joking. Smoke happens.

Are there any manufacturers details on the metal box or PCB, Matt ?

It's likely that the caps are a secondary failure so simply replacing them
may be an opportunity to view more magic smoke; entertaining but not helpful.

Some knowledge of the PSU manufacturer will give us some clues. It might be HP
but often it is not; they may buy an OEM (orginal equipment manufacturer) PSU.
