[plug] Samba print spool and win2k terminal server

Please reply off-list

Spoolss.exe process regularly dies in Terminal services when printing to
network devices. Win2K SP3 is *supposed* to fix this.
Restart the PrintSpool service within Services control panel and
everyones printer will reappear.

We regularly use netgear print servers for larger oganisations, so it's
not a samba specific thing :)

I'll send the req'd registry entries off list to increase stability.
