One thing that more than slightly annoys me at times about Trinix is 
that they don't update their web page nearly enough, and even when they 
do it isn't correct.  I've ordered stuff through a local business 
(mostly for work) who uses them for wholesale and have had it come back 
that even though Trinix might list something on their web site, doesn't 
mean they stock it or can get it in a timely fashion, if even at all. 
 That has happened several times now and I know its Trinix's end, and 
not the local business.

But stuff they have in stock, like Kai said, they are quick and 
reliable.  Never had a problem with warranty claims with them either.
