I just had an idea of something you might be able to do without getting
your isp's help..
Set up a Dynamic DNS with dyndns.org pointing to your linux box..
Set up a webhop pointing to your Dynamic DNS that points to your linux
box..
When you have to go offline, change the WebHop to the ISP's site with your
page.
The webhop address would be your url..
Just a suggestion, and you would need to be able to change your web hop
before you go offline.
