I'm not quite sure I understand you. Put two netscape in to sylpheed? 
Are you asking how to import Netscape mail into Sylpheed? How to set up 
accounts you've previously been using netscape for in Sylpheed?

Are you asking how to create filters on email to auto-delete messages 
from certain people when they arrive? If you're talking about email 
thats the closest most mail clients have to ban lists.

I don't mean to sound impolite, but you might get more helpful answers 
on the list, sooner, if you make an effort to write a little more 
clearly. If everybody can understand you and comprehend what you're 
asking about as soon as they read your post, they'll be more inclined to 
make the effort to answer - and more able to do so.
