[plug] conversion from html to OO.o document format

Many thanks to Jacqueline and Shayne.

I was hoping to "pipe" the data through OO.o rather than open it and use a 
macro hence the command line interest.   I will look into OO.o's scripting 
/ macro facility anyway, even if just to know what's there.  Thanks, 
Shayne, for the hint about the convert-all-files macro -- that could save a 
lot of work :-)   Thanks too to Jacqueline for the users at openoffice 
address.  I hadn't thought to contact them, it was just something nice I 
glance at during the installations :-(

BTW, an example html input file converted beautifully using OO.o but the 
same file, processed through Word97 was unsuccessful -- Word refused to 
load it.   Am I surprised?
