You followed the instructions as on the website?

If so, I haven't the foggiest what's going on. Make sure you're trying 
to unsubscribe from the same addr you subscribed from. Other than that - 
  I'd tell you to contact the list admin, but I've just realised I don't 
know who that is. Post to the list and ask I guess, being clear that you 
followed the instructions and that it didn't work. Also suggest that a 
"List master contact" be added to the mailing list section on the PLUG 
website.
