Here is a brief guide as it stands at the moment.....

TECHNICAL REFRESH DAY

Date: 		Friday September 26th     
Objective: 	SEAWA and Power are hosting this event to
promote Users Groups, Special Interest Groups and
Communities of Practice in Perth.
Venue:  	Function Centre at Tech Park
Aim: 		is to attract business sector, techies and
students
Attendance:	100 - 120 attendees
Time:  	        3.30 pm - 7 pm
Cost:		$20 for afternoon session, or debate, $35 for
both
		Students are half price

Format for the event:  It was suggest to have 6
presentation (45 mins approx) during the afternoon
follow by the .Net & Java debate at the end of these
sessions.

2:00 – 2:15	Registration
2:15 – 2:30	Welcome address
2:30 – 3:15	Session 1	Session 1
3:15 – 4:00	Session 2	Session 2
4:00 – 4:45	Session 3	Session 3
4:45 – 5:30	Break (setup for debate)
5:30 – 7:00	Java V .NET Debate

·	Booths/Stalls for the attendees
·	Invite Wine & food vendor to have stalls at the
event 
 
Promotion of the event:  Advertise in the free event
calendars in WA Business News,  the West and other
local papers.  Ask Ted Web site and other sites. ACS
site and SEAWA site.  In addition to working with
other user groups to promote the event.
