Just thought you might want to know that I just received a reply from
the ACCC, which states:

        Dear Sir/Madame,
        
        Thank you for your email to the Australian Competition &
        Consumer Commission (the ACCC) regarding SCO Group.
        
        The ACCC is responsible for the administration of the Trade
        Practices Act 1974 (the TPA) which promotes competition and fair
        trading and provides for consumer protection.
        
        At this stage the matter you have raised is being evaluated and
        a decision has not been made as to what, if any, further action
        might be taken by the ACCC. You may be contacted at a later date
        in relation to this issue.
