Won't read the one on the fridge and manage to secure erase any stuff I don't 
want to know. Typical husband stuff really.
Boss feels that if we have a shared calender on my desktop, which can support 
an email notification to me and set an alarm to pop up, it may make it harder 
for me to disclaim knowledge of these things. She is very hopeful.
As that American dude said "I have not yet begun to forget"

Will check out the other suggestions and give something a go soon.
