A BSOD can be forced using a registry key

HKEY_LOCA:L_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\i8024prt\Parameters

In there create a key called CrashOnCtrlScroll as a DWORD type and enter a 
value of 1
Reboot  and then you can cause a BSOD by pressing the right ctrl+scroll lock
