So how many westnet techies have been sweating blood for the last few 
hours?  I know the support phones were running hot for a while there...  
I made the mistake of restarting networking on my gateway box only to 
find westnet were having trouble authenticating users.  Good thing there 
aren't too many people in the office this afternoon or I would have had 
lots of grief about the network...
