They have a private link to Chime Communications (an iiNet subsidiary) who
have the WAIX link in their name.

It makes sense, since Chime is where all the modems are.

iiNet was one of the big three ISPs that started WAIX (along with Wantree
and Omen, both swallowed up by iiNet)
