[plug] Linus approves bombing civilians in stupid war?

Oh please don't start this twaddle, how is it a help to anyone? The most it 
could ever achieve is start an argument on the list and cause someone to 
hate someone that they didn't before. Free software is free software, place 
a restriction on it, it no longer becomes free software.

For Linus to oppose the war and publicly say that he doesn't want the US 
using it would mean that he wouldn't be allowed to be politically neutral on 
the subject. I mean realistically, if he said "I don't want to get 
involved", some idiot is going to call him a supporter of the Americans and 
the war. It's unfair on Linus and as a politically neutral person myself, 
I'd be extremely offended if someone put me in the same position.

Make lunch, not war.
