Tim and I spoke at the PKUG talk about maybe having an XBOX theme at a
future PLUG workshop. It works thus:
- People work with Tim for a bulko mod chip purchase
- People come to PLUG workshop grasping XBOX and modchip
  and whatever tools they have.
- Harry praises everyone's forward thinking conversion to Linux :-)
- Harry offers all care but no responsibilty clause
- Everyone beavers away converting there XBOX asking for help where needed.
- Linus is installed, the world is a better place :-)

If enough people want to do this one evening, I think it would be an
interesting session (and I might convert some more people into the
hardware hacking twilight zone <theme music plays> :-)

Also, the timid souls could come along as observers, see how it is done,
and get huge enthusiasm and courage to make their own LinuXBOX.
