[plug] New plug web site !

Greetings all..

The Xbox has sat too long, idling doing nuthin!!!...

So now it is doing something :)

New new PLUG site is now running.. an upgraded to 7.2.3 Phoenix
(don't ask about the upgrade process :)

Thanks Matt for the build of all necessary bits and pieces :)
also DNS change just now :)

All appears to be working, although I still have some updating of the
calendar to do, I will be doing this a little later next week,
unless the person who has been doing this (Jacqueline?)would like to
go back and see how the new input pages are ?
