If you can find it ?

There is a utility getting around called 'Tufftest', it comes as a disk
image and you write it to a boot disk, then boot from the disk.

It comes with its own OS so it will work on most PC's regardless.

The free version is a lite version, but it covers most options.

If you really want go to town, the commercial version will give your PC a
good workout.
