You are allowed one user per licence per package. XP's EULA forbids you 
to use a mon-MS remote control app of any sort - which technically 
makes running a web or FTP server on it illegal, but that may not be a 
special problem on XP Home since that also forbids you from running any 
hosting services on it (including putting up an Internet-visible 
webserver, to say nothing of VNC or the like). Did I mention the word 
`draconian' anywhere?
