Good advice, but be aware that:
 - all of these can potentially (or always) prevent certain legitimate
   mail, so consider them individually in the context of your own
   operations.
 - some or all of these require significant cooperation of third parties
   and adherence to conventions in daemon configuration for proper full
   efficacy.
